You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason, under the distance selling regulations for refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase we accept unworn returns for replacement or refund within 7 days.

Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection before a refund will be issued. If the product is found to have a defect you will be offered a refund or exchange (if available). Refunds will ONLY be given for damaged goods where no replacement product can be supplied. Damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered under our returns policy and refund will not be given.
Returned goods must be adequately sealed in original packaging. On returning footwear, the box should also be returned undamaged and as received. This must be wrapped in an extra outer layer. Failure to do so could result in only a partial refund being issued.
Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting as proof you have sent the package. Royal Mail do charge for issuing a certificate. If you return an item without proof of postage and it is lost in transit we reserve the right not to issue a refund. You are responsible for the item until we receive it therefore we suggest you return the parcel using Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For) Delivery or similar.
We will not refund the postage paid by the customer on unwanted returned items or sizing issues (so please contact us regarding sizing prior to ordering if you are unsure).

Are socks included in the price?
Unless otherwise stated, please assume that you will NOT recieve any socks with your Rifts. We sell nike air rift socks separately, when you add a pair of Nike Air Rift's to your basket (or when you view the product page) there is an option below where you can add the socks to the order.
We don’t include rift socks with the rifts because the majority of our customers don’t wear the rift socks. By selling the socks separately we are able to reduce the price of the rifts by nearly £6 which keeps the majority of our customers happy. Buyers who want the socks have the option to add them to their order; but have to pay the extra cost of the socks. We find that is the fairest way to sell the socks as those that don’t wear the socks aren't forced into paying for them (and we can keep the price of the Rifts down by doing this).
We can keep our prices low by selling the socks separately; it also allows those that do wear the socks to buy extra pairs of socks. You can't buy rift socks separately usually so people end up having only 1 pair which they got with the rifts. This way those that do want socks can buy as many pairs as they want (without having to buy more pairs of rifts).
